INGREDIENTS:
A spoonful of oil
A marinade of garlic and cilantro from
One teaspoon of pepper
1/2 cup of water
A cup of chopped tomato
Half a cup of chopped red onion
Half a cup of chopped cilantro
Half a cup of mozzarella cheese or cheddar to melt
Natural Ranchitas
PROCESS:
Marinate the meat with the pepper and the garlic and cilantro marinade of ISSIMA.
Place the tablespoon oil in a pan and cook the meat until it is well cooked and separated.
Add the sauce and stir well. Continue adding the water and cook gently until the meat is semi-hot.
In a bowl we mix tomato, onion and cilantro.
We place the natural Ranchitas in the base of the dish and then a good portion of the meat.
Sprinkle the cheese and take it to a microwave where we melt it.
We take out and add the mixture of tomato, onion and cilantro on top.
